The Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) is California’s tool for ensuring that school districts set goals, allocate
resources, and elevate student outcomes through input. Join us to hear directly from regional education leaders and
practitioners about how the LCAP goals —"Engagement and Collaboration," which elevates parent and student voice,
and "Operational Effectiveness," which strengthens systems and facilities to better support every learner — are brought
